Shipping Policy

  • Enjoy free delivery in Islamabad for orders above PKR 3,000. We deliver across Pakistan within 3–4 days. Shipping fees vary by city and package weight.
  • Minimum Order Value: Orders below PKR 500 will not be processed.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3 to 4 business days within Pakistan. For international orders, delivery times may vary based on location and customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

At MelaHut, we ensure that all products are thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, we understand that there can be exceptions.

Products can only be returned or exchanged if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or malfunctioning upon delivery.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all tags, labels, and accessories.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
  • Change of mind or dislike of product after delivery.

Items that were on sale, custom orders, or non-returnable categories (e.g: Groceries, Opened Pet Food).

Refunds (If Applicable)

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

You may also choose a store credit or exchange, as per your preference.
