When will my order arrive?

Orders within Pakistan are delivered within 3–4 business days. For international orders delivery may take 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can track it through our Order Tracking Page.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact our support team immediately to request an address change.

Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

Delays may occur due to holidays, bad weather, or courier issues. Please track your order and contact support if it's delayed by more than 2 days.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes, we deliver from Monday to Saturday. No deliveries are made on public holidays.

Can I schedule delivery at a specific time?

At the moment, scheduled deliveries are not available. However, you may request preferred delivery times in the notes section during checkout.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

The courier will attempt redelivery. If undelivered after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.

How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Debit/Credit Cards, Bank Transfers, and selected mobile wallets.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

No, currently we only deliver products. All installations (if needed) are the buyer’s responsibility.

In rare cases, if a product goes out of stock, you’ll be notified and offered an alternative or refund.

I forgot to apply my discount code. What can I do?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

Refund

What is your refund policy?

We only refund for defective or incorrect products. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging within 3–5 business days.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Can I request a refund for a product I don’t like?

Unfortunately, refunds are not issued for change of mind or personal preferences.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Do you refund shipping costs?

Shipping costs are only refunded if the issue was due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
